We use 3 different methods of distillation for producing our exquisite cognacs:
The first method the white wine is distilled without its lees to produce young and exciting cognacs, like the FINE SELECTION.

The second method involves wines and its lees to produce 10 years old cognacs found in our VSOP.

The third method, the wine distilled has a high concentration of lees to obtain more complex and richer cognacs such as our NAPOLEON and XO.
